Facilities
With Conference areas, Laundry facility, Recreation Centre, Mini Golf, Children's play area, Tennis Courts, Sport fields, Petanque, Table tennis, Eastern Beach and local walks.
We have a comfortable lounge area used for meetings or just relaxing. This leads to an outdoor area, with a beautiful large table, which provides a great area to chat and have coffee or a BBQ setting for larger groups.
Recreation Centre
The innovative flotex floor in our multi-purpose recreation centre is ideal for both large conferences and a wide range of sporting activities such as basketball, volleyball, badminton, netball or indoor soccer. Male and Female toilets and showers including disabled toilets and showers are available.
There is a mezzanine floor which is divided into two areas for meetings, team talks or a classroom retreat area.
Laidlaw Lodge
Laidlaw Lodge is our main building and the accommodation is above our dining room. It can accommodate 130 people in bunk or family-style rooms, with some twin rooms available. There are 15 rooms upstairs with a maximum of 122 beds and six twin rooms downstairs. There are four bathroom blocks in Laidlaw Lodge, each containing toilets, showers and basin facilities. Laidlaw Lodge is split into separate male/female dorms but can be used to room only males or only females if needed.
Accommodation Units
We have 12 units, of which two would suit folk with disabilities. Each unit has two single beds and a set of bunks, sleeping four people. There are eight units on the ground level and four units on the first level, each containing an en-suite with linen and towels provided.
Conference Centre
We have three conference areas.
The Conference Room: on the first level, can accommodate up to 70 people. There is air conditioning if needed and there are two toilets that are accessible.
The Rimu Room: This room can comfortably seat up to 60 people.
The Hall: The hall area can accommodate 180 people.
The Conference Room and the Rimu Room have a Big Screen TV and sound equipment. Data projectors are available for hire.
Catering Service
Willow Park Christian Camp take pride in our catering service. We look to prioritise each group's cultural and health needs. Meals are served in our dining room. Please contact us to find out more and talk about options for your group.

Our chefs can accommodate special dietary needs when your group has booked with us.

Beach
Set next to the beautiful inner harbour of the Hauraki Gulf, Eastern Beach is ideal for swimming, water sports, and safe for kayaks - we have eight kayaks available for you to take for a paddle on the Waitemata Harbour. A boat ramp is further down the beach for those who like to explore the harbour.
Other Facilities
Apart from the Recreation Centre, there are three other seminar venues available, catering for groups of up to 200. Hire them separately or in conjunction with our accommodation facilities.
